Our Internationally certified instructors are first aid qualified, CRB checked and are graduates of intensive training, and their methods are constantly improved and updated through continued training with Master Foran and the Premier Martial Arts UK & USA Chief Instructors.

Little Ninjas for 3 & 4 Year olds
The Little Ninjas Programme is a curriculum mixed with fun and education, it focuses on improving 3 and 4 year old children's basic motor and listening skills. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future.

Our programme will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. The skills they are taught are composed of physical and mental benefits.

Our goal is to help your pre-schooler be the best they can be at everything they put their minds to.

 

Little Dragons for 5 & 6 years old
The Little Dragon's Programme introduces young students to structure, discipline, co-ordination, fitness and much, much more.

Students also learn verbal skills, how to deal with strangers, and learn how to function in a classroom setting. It's great for any parent who
wants their child to listen better, learn to focus, gain basic fitness skills and learn basic martial arts.

Our Little Dragon's have their own unique martial arts belt structure that they work through plus a wide variety of Little Dragon Achievement stickers to go on their uniform. They can also earn special reward badges for good behaviour in class and for completing the various drills and activities to the best of their ability.

 

Junior Programme for 7 years old +

School Safe/Street Safe Programme
This is an educational campaign which is dedicated to ensuring that every child learns the basics of personal protection and safety.

The programme’s curriculum includes instruction designed for children from ages 7 years and above in important issues such as;
ABC's of Conflict Avoidance,
Stranger Danger,
5 Rules of Personal Safety,
Trust Your Intuition.

Children learn to defend themselves with their heads, knowledge is their first line of defence. School Safe/Street Safe will help parents arm their children with the education they need to stay out of harms way.
