Testimonials
Our daughter's self-confidence has grown tremendously. She can stand up in front of her class in school and give an oral report of a high calibre. At one time, that would have been very difficult for her. She's been chosen by her teacher to do independent studies. We don't think she could have done that without what she'd learned in the Leadership Programme.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
is a combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques, from a mixture of martial arts , for example Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Wrestling. The rules allow the use of striking and grappling techniques, both while standing and on the ground.

Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is the national sport of Thailand and is referred to as "The Art of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. A practitioner of Muay Thai has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact," as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (fists, feet) used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. It promotes the principle that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique; most notably, by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat them. BJJ can be trained for self defense or sport with a gi (uniform) and no-gi.

Boxing is a combat sport where two participants, generally of similar weight, fight each other with their fists. Boxing is in principle a sport, not a martial art. When it comes to punching technique and power, there are few martial arts that are as focused on fist strikes.

Shoot Box is a blend of Boxing and the throwing and takedowns of Greco Roman and Freestyle wrestling.
